I worked on improving the usability and overall experience of Scania’s testbed platform. Using the Double Diamond framework, I structured the design process from discovery and problem definition to ideation, development, and delivery. I translated business KPIs into actionable design goals, conducted user interviews and research, and mapped user needs to identify pain points and validate assumptions. Based on these insights, I developed and iterated on interface designs in Figma, collaborating with stakeholders and developers to bring the solutions into the platform through LabVIEW. My focus was to connect business objectives with user needs, simplify complex workflows, and deliver practical, user-centered improvements grounded in research and measurable goals.
